How do I place an order?

Just add all the items youo would like to purchase to your shopping cart and then go to checkout to complete your order.

What happens if I want to return something?

In the event of a faulty item, please contact us before returning as different conditions for obtaining either a replacement or a refund will apply. Please ensure all packaging is retained as this may need to be examined by ourselves or the delivery company and please note if a customer has made any modifications to a product we cannot take any responsibility for fault unless it can be proved that the item was faulty at the time of purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected. UK customers may exercise their rights under the UK Distance Selling Regulations to return any order for a full refund including any P&P originally charged. You must inform us within 14 days that you wish to cancel the order, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Please note that return postage is still the customer's responsibility.

Can I collect orders from you?

In certain circumstances orders may be collected via prior arrangement so please do get in touch to check if this is possible on your order.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to despatch orders within 1 working day (Monday to Friday) using our Royal Mail 48 hour delivery, PPI business account to UK addresses or by Airmail for International orders. Most orders within the U.K. should arrive within 2 days, this is dependant on Royal Mail. Airmail orders usually arrive within 14 days but may take longer due to certain factors such as items being held at customs for random checking etc.
