*For overseas orders due to fluctuating shipping costs, please contact us with all the miniature marvels you intend to purchase and we can send you a quote for shipping costs. Alternatively, we can send an invoice straight to your email address with an accurate price on shipping costs to your postal address.

In the event of a faulty item, please contact us before returning as different conditions for obtaining either a replacement or a refund will apply. Please ensure all packaging is retained as this may need to be examined by ourselves or the delivery company and please note if a customer has made any modifications to a product we cannot take any responsibility for fault unless it can be proved that the item was faulty at the time of purchase.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
UK customers may exercise their rights under the UK Distance Selling Regulations to return any order for a full refund including any P&P originally charged. You must inform us within 14 days that you wish to cancel the order, you then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Please note that return postage is still the customer's responsibility.
We aim to despatch orders within 1 working day (Monday to Friday) using our Royal Mail 48 hour delivery, PPI business account to UK addresses or by Airmail for International orders.
Most orders within the U.K. should arrive within 2 days, this is dependant on Royal Mail.
Airmail orders usually arrive within 14 days but may take longer due to certain factors such as items being held at customs for random checking etc.
