Shipping Policy

We aim to despatch your dolls house miniature orders within 1 working day (Monday to Friday) using our Royal mail 48 hour delivery, PPI business account to UK addresses or by Airmail for International orders. 

The cost of Postage is based on the weight of your order and can be viewed in the shopping cart as you add items with different weights.

Heavier orders over 2KG will be sent via courier.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Overseas Orders!

*For overseas orders due to fluctuating shipping costs, please contact us with all the miniature marvels you intend to purchase and we can send you quote for shipping costs. Alternatively we can send an invoice straight to your email address with an accurate price on shipping costs to your postal address.

 

If you are unable to accept deliveries for any reason, we suggest that you place your order with a delivery address where it can be accepted. If any parcel is returned to us because of failure to deliver (except where the fault is clearly ours or the carriers), we will make a charge equal to the cost of postage plus VAT which will need to be paid before re-sending it.

Please be aware that unless you discuss and accept a priority delivery service, we are unable to guarantee delivery times. In addition, we are unable to investigate delayed deliveries for 21 days (UK) as instructed by Royal mail. Delayed orders are often at local sorting offices so you should check at your local office if your order hasn't arrived within 7 days. Please note that at busy times (particularly near Christmas), deliveries can take longer than usual, so please order in plenty of time.

Return & Exchange Policy

In the event of a faulty item, please contact us before returning as different conditions for obtaining either a replacement or a refund will apply. Please ensure all packaging is retained as this may need to be examined by ourselves or the delivery company and please note if

a customer has made any modifications to a product we cannot take any responsibility for fault unless it can be proved that the item was faulty at the time of purchase.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

UK customers may exercise their rights under the UK Distance Selling Regulations to return any order for a full refund including any P&P originally charged. You must inform us within 14 days that you wish to cancel the order, you then have a further 14 days to return the item

to us. Please note that return postage is still the customer's responsibility.
